They are also essential for sharing your data with your healthcare team when you have an appointment or a follow-up between appointments.<\/p>\n<p>Effective November 7, 2021, all Tandem or Omnipod insulin pump users and Diasend users will need to switch to a new platform, Glooko, which is replacing Diasend due to a company acquisition.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There are two ways for you to sign up and create a Glooko account.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>You have received an email from your clinic<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Some clinics are already sending emails to their patients inviting them to transition to Glooko. If you have received an email with a link to create an account, make sure you use this link to have your new account automatically linked to your clinic. This will give your healthcare team access to your data.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>You have not received any email<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you have not received an email from your clinic, you can create your Glooko account on your own, but you will need your clinic\u2019s ProConnect code to give them access to your data.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Would you like to get more insights from your Freestyle Libre, Dexcom or insulin pump data reports?
